You will join the Product and Customer Analytics team as a Staff Analyst, owning company-wide visible metrics and analytical systems for the Credit Builder Account, Credit Card portfolio, and customer lifecycle. This is a builder role requiring deep understanding of business function, data architecture, and analytical rigor.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead analytical projects and experiments to uncover drivers of customer and product behavior, segmentation, and engagement; distinguish signal from noise.
- Contribute directly to data models in partnership with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to define measurement strategies, set goals, and influence roadmap decisions.
- Build and manage agentic AI (Claude), domain context layers, and semantic workflows (dbt MetricFlow, semantic layers) to enable automation and smarter workflows.
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reporting for lifecycle marketing KPIs, customer cohorts, and campaign performance.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques (statistical modeling, predictive analytics, causal inference) to forecast initiative impact.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Stay current with industry trends in financial products, AI, analytics engineering, and business intelligence.

Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related). 8+ years in data analytics roles supporting product teams, preferably in fintech, banking, credit cards, or lending. Proven expertise with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and SQL. Experience building dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
