Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company developing advanced military systems powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system for command and control. The Air Maneuver Team develops Group 3–5 aerial robotic systems with advanced perception and autonomy algorithms.
You will join the Procurement team as a Staff Buyer supporting key defense programs. Your responsibilities include:
• Purchase Order Management: Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs.
• Supplier Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
• Problem Solving: Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track.
• Order Tracking: Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to align procurement with company goals.
• Data & Process Management: Maintain accurate records, track procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field
• 4+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurement
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Ability to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA (note: posting mentions McHenry, MS as alternative location)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
