Snowflake is seeking a Staff Analyst for GTM Analytics to drive strategic analytics initiatives across the go-to-market organization. This hybrid role (3 days in-office in Menlo Park) sits at the intersection of data, marketing strategy, and AI innovation.
You will partner directly with Marketing executives to align analytics with business objectives, moving beyond reporting to influence pipeline generation, conversion optimization, and campaign ROI. Key responsibilities include architecting intelligent data foundations, maintaining deep fluency in data models and pipelines (SQL, dbt, Snowflake), and building AI-driven analytics workflows that transform how the organization works.
You'll own the analytical foundation powering GTM reporting, working closely with Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity across source systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake). You'll champion data quality and governance through automated testing and reconciliation, while spearheading infrastructure improvements at scale.
Beyond internal impact, you'll establish thought leadership by representing Snowflake at industry events, engaging with customers to share best practices, and evangelizing analytics innovation. The role requires comfort presenting to and advising VP+ stakeholders, with ability to work across cultures and time zones.
Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of analytics/BI experience in large-cap tech or high-growth SaaS, with advanced SQL, hands-on dbt proficiency, and strong Python skills. You should have proven experience partnering with Marketing leadership on strategic decisions, familiarity with B2B marketing technology stacks (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot), and experience with data pipeline ecosystems (Airflow, dbt, Snowflake). Experience building AI-driven analytics workflows—including semantic models, text-to-SQL, or natural-language data interfaces—is highly valued. Executive presence and comfort challenging VP+ stakeholders is essential.
