You will join the Partnerships business line as a Staff Analyst—an elite individual contributor at the intersection of product mechanics, data science, and operational strategy. This high-visibility role partners directly with business leaders to solve complex data challenges, flag macro financial risks, and define behavioral milestones that drive agent adoption and retention.
Key responsibilities include:
**Strategic Analytics Leadership**: Serve as the analytics thought partner for Partnerships leadership, driving decisions around agent acquisition, growth, retention, and persistency metrics.
**Product Analytics**: Track and optimize the agent-facing platform experience. Define precision usability metrics for new features to ensure engineering sprints drive positive user actions.
**Operational Risk Management**: Build diagnostic data models to analyze and mitigate backend financial exposure. Identify risk concentration hotspots within external agencies and design targeted debt recovery frameworks.
**Growth Lever Isolation**: Define critical onboarding metrics (the "aha moment") that predict long-term platform retention and revenue generation.
**Funnel Optimization**: Manage performance frameworks and monitor conversion steps for emerging annuities business lines using D2C funnel approaches.
**Data Infrastructure**: Collaborate with data engineers to maintain scalable business logic, deploy clean dashboards, and enable self-service analytics across the organization.
**AI Tool Integration**: Build, test, and integrate generative AI tools to automate internal analytics processes and maximize delivery speed.
**Mentorship**: Provide guidance, code reviews, and tactical leadership training to junior analytics resources across global offices.
You bring 5–8 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data science at high-growth tech startups or established firms. Expert SQL knowledge is non-negotiable. Strong statistics and predictive modeling skills are highly desired, along with Python or R proficiency. You rank in the top 10% of AI-fluent analysts, actively leveraging LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude in daily workflows. Experience with advanced visualization tools (Hex, Tableau, Mode) is expected. You excel at entering ambiguous situations, exposing root causes through data, and organizing findings into clear narratives for C-suite and Board audiences. An advanced degree in a quantitative domain (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math) or equivalent technical background is required.
