Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency combining tech expertise, creative talent, and data specialists to drive client success. The Martech department focuses on high-quality data infrastructure, platform integration, and privacy-centric measurement technologies for enterprise advertisers across Asia-Pacific. As Analytics Director, you will lead the Analytics team within Martech, reporting to the Senior Martech Director. This is a leadership role grounded in technical credibility, requiring deep measurement implementation experience combined with strategic vision and people management. Key responsibilities include developing strategic measurement roadmaps for enterprise clients, owning modern measurement methodologies (MMM, incrementality, geo-testing, causal analysis), and advising senior client marketing leaders on complex measurement strategy. You will define the agency's approach to AI in measurement, including agentic solutions and brand visibility in AI search, while establishing risk frameworks for AI usage and data security. You will drive revenue growth by identifying MarTech expansion opportunities (CAPI, VBB, O2O, privacy consulting), managing renewals, and overseeing project profitability. You'll represent the agency externally through thought leadership, case studies, and technical partnerships. Leadership responsibilities include directing a multi-disciplinary analytics team, balancing project allocation with workload health, identifying skill gaps, designing training programs, and creating career progression paths. Required qualifications: 6+ years with the Google stack (GA4/GA360, server-side GTM, Google Cloud); 3+ years in leadership managing analysts; proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and visualization tools (Looker); track record designing cross-channel measurement strategies including incrementality and MMM; clear perspective on AI's impact on measurement; commercial fluency at portfolio level; proven ability in pitching, scoping, and building executive client relationships. The role offers flexible working with up to 60% remote work, flexible hours (8am-6:30pm), and eligibility for discretionary annual bonuses.
