ClickUp is seeking a Staff Analyst for GTM Revenue to drive data-driven decision-making across go-to-market functions. You'll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and adjacent teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that improve revenue performance and customer outcomes.
In this role, you'll frame business questions with GTM leaders, build dashboards and analytical workflows that provide visibility into Sales and Customer Success performance, and analyze pipeline health, segmentation, conversion, retention, and productivity trends. You'll develop forecasting and scenario-planning models to help leaders understand performance drivers, use SQL and Python to extract and analyze large datasets from multiple systems, and identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted workflows.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Systems, and customer-facing teams to ensure data alignment and present insights in executive-ready formats tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required: 5+ years in analytics, strategy & operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or similar GTM-support roles. Advanced SQL and Python proficiency. Strong experience building dashboards, analytical models, and KPI frameworks. Demonstrated success in SaaS or fast-moving tech environments. Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
Desirable: Experience applying AI/ML to business problems (segmentation, forecasting, automation), familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau), experience in high-growth multi-motion SaaS, and comfort partnering with senior leaders on complex analytical questions.
