Sword Health is seeking a Staff AI Product Manager to lead the Phoenix Platform, the continuous, connected intelligence layer powering Sword's AI Care solutions. This is a company-wide scope role responsible for stewarding the platform's core building blocks across member experience, clinician efficiency, and customer support—enabling product teams to ship integrated, delightful, and differentiated care at scale.
Sword is a clinical-centric frontier AI lab and applied AI platform reimagining healthcare delivery. In this role, you will own the strategic vision and execution of the Phoenix Platform, carefully designing and maintaining its foundational blocks while driving AI innovation. You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinical, and customer teams to ensure the platform enables fast, high-quality shipping without rework. This is a technical product leadership position for someone who can balance platform stability with breakthrough AI capabilities, and who understands both healthcare domain complexity and modern AI product development.
