Mistral is seeking a Staff AI Deployment Strategist to lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives across the DACH region. This is a senior, high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, working directly on Mistral's most strategic customer opportunities and largest deliveries.
In this role, you will shape how ambitious enterprises adopt frontier AI at scale. You will partner closely with Sales leadership to qualify opportunities and align on account strategy, working with senior customer stakeholders to identify where frontier AI can create material business value. You will structure complex opportunities into clear, credible, and executable transformation programs, translating strategic ambition into delivery roadmaps, success metrics, and operating plans. A key responsibility is helping customers make the right trade-offs between ambition, feasibility, speed, and long-term scalability.
You will act as a senior sponsor on Mistral's largest and most complex customer programs, primarily in DACH and potentially cross-region. This includes ensuring delivery quality, executive alignment, and measurable business impact; anticipating risks; unblocking decisions; and helping teams navigate ambiguity in high-stakes environments. You will bring senior judgment to moments where scope, resources, timelines, or expected value need clarification.
A critical part of your mandate is building repeatable deployment excellence. You will turn lessons from strategic engagements into reusable approaches, playbooks, and patterns, raising the bar for how AI programs are qualified, framed, delivered, and scaled. You will act as a senior relay for the Solutions organization in the region, helping teams adopt shared best practices and strengthen execution quality. You will work hand in hand with Solutions leadership to connect customer realities, delivery patterns, and field feedback into practical improvements for how Mistral deploys AI.
You will also develop and multiply senior Deployment Strategist impact by coaching team members on strategic problem-solving, executive communication, and delivery leadership. You will help teams raise the quality of their work on high-impact opportunities, identify capability gaps, and contribute to hiring and development priorities.
