Mariana Minerals is a software-first, vertically integrated minerals company supplying critical minerals for energy, AI, and defense technologies. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of capital projects from development through construction and handover to operations. You are the single owner responsible for scope definition, schedule, budget, and risk management across your assigned program. Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining integrated program schedules with critical path analysis; owning program budgets and cost forecasts in partnership with project controls and finance; managing interfaces across process development, engineering, procurement, construction, business development, and finance to ensure rapid decision-making; running program cadence and checkpoints including execution planning, design reviews, and readiness gates; surfacing risks and decisions early with quantified schedule and cost impacts; producing dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility; managing engineering partners, vendors, and contractors; and driving adoption of Mariana's Capital Project OS software platform while providing feedback for continuous improvement. You will support construction, commissioning, and startup activities in the field and contribute to developing program-management standards, templates, and metrics as the portfolio scales. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; 4+ years of program or project management experience on capital projects in mining, minerals processing, chemical, energy, or heavy-industrial environments; demonstrated ownership of integrated schedules and budgets spanning multiple engineering disciplines and external partners; strong technical fluency reading P&IDs, general arrangements, and equipment lists; excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills; willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
