Despegar is a leading travel technology platform in Latin America, part of the Prosus ecosystem, revolutionizing how millions of people book and experience travel. We're seeking a Senior Strategy Specialist to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization.
In this role, you will coordinate and facilitate strategic follow-up meetings with business teams, preparing agendas and information to ensure effective decision-making. You'll track strategic projects, identifying blockers, managing pending items, and ensuring progress against established timelines. You'll develop and monitor root cause analyses (RCA) and action plans, validating analysis quality and commitment fulfillment.
You'll establish and monitor management routines including OKRs, KPIs, and Art Reviews across different business areas. You'll consolidate information for executive presentations and follow-up reports, and interact with leaders at various seniority levels to align priorities and unblock initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or advanced student status in Engineering, Economics, Administration, or related fields (required)
- Advanced Excel proficiency (required)
- Portuguese language skills (desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and track projects with multiple stakeholders
- Clear and effective communication; ability to defend analyses and proposals with solid reasoning
- Autonomy and initiative; anticipate needs, propose solutions, execute without detailed instructions
- Confidence interacting with senior-level leaders
- Results-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
- Proactive attitude; willingness to challenge status quo when necessary
- Full ownership of deliverables and project progress
