Weave is seeking a Senior Strategic Partner Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of high-impact integration partnerships across dental, optometry, veterinary, and medical markets. This role combines executive relationship management, commercial strategy, integration execution, and joint go-to-market planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, own, and negotiate multi-year joint business partnerships and roadmaps for a portfolio of partners representing thousands of shared customers, with accountability for co-marketing, technical integration outcomes, and joint GTM success.
- Operate as the primary internal and external decision-maker for complex contract enhancements, commercial renegotiations, and conflict resolution with top integration partners, managing business growth across both companies.
- Drive measurable revenue growth and partner retention attributable to partnership ecosystem health and success. Develop and evangelize business cases for new partner investments to executive leadership.
- Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on competitive landscape and technical architecture of critical EHR/PMS systems, leveraging expertise to influence and shape the Weave Product Roadmap for market advantage.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on strategic relationship management best practices. Drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Customer Success by defining strategic vision and priorities for ecosystem collaboration.
- Develop and institutionalize scalable frameworks for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and integration performance dashboards, standardizing data-informed decision-making across all partnership activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in strategic alliances or business development, ideally within enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Proven track record of strategic problem-solving and designing partnership programs that resulted in quantifiable revenue or market share gains.
- Expert-level understanding of integration strategies and ability to navigate internal product roadmaps to align with external partner needs.
- Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and data-informed decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage technical integrations.

- Experience driving co-branded marketing initiatives and joint go-to-market programs.
