Rula is seeking a Senior Strategic Finance Manager to drive financial strategy and growth planning for the company. You will partner closely with Health Plans and Partnerships teams to shape go-to-market strategy, evaluate strategic trade-offs, and inform critical business decisions using unit economics, financial modeling, and data analysis within a complex healthcare services marketplace. Key responsibilities include translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders; building and maintaining scenario-based top-line forecasts; developing granular financial models to analyze complex datasets; and partnering cross-functionally to evaluate trade-offs and drive operational accountability. You'll balance short-term efficiency with long-term impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Required qualifications: 7+ years in strategic finance, business operations, FP&A, or related roles; demonstrated track record informing growth or go-to-market strategies through quantitative analysis; deep understanding of unit economics (LTV, CAC, payback periods, cohort analyses); experience building and owning scenario-based forecasts; advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency with ability to build granular financial models using SQL, BI platforms, or advanced analytical tools; ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-finance partners; and cross-functional partnership experience evaluating trade-offs and driving accountability. Preferred qualifications include healthcare services or marketplace business experience, background in high-growth or scaling companies, investment banking/private equity/consulting experience, and prior partnership with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Analytics teams.
