Ironclad is the leading AI contracting platform transforming how organizations manage agreements. The Workflow Efficiency team owns the core workflow experience for hundreds of thousands of users—from attorneys to procurement specialists—helping them move contracts through processes with speed, clarity, and control.
As Sr. Staff Product Manager for Workflow Efficiency, you will lead strategy and execution across critical workflow problems: making approval state reliable, helping users understand task ownership and timing, reducing administrative overhead, and enabling business users to work autonomously within appropriate guardrails. Your north-star metric is reducing time from contract intake to signature.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for major Workflow Efficiency initiatives
- Evolving workflow roles, tasks, assignments, and approval state into a reliable foundation for customer-facing functionality and AI-powered experiences
- Designing and building AI agents to streamline workflow execution and reduce manual approvals
- Building front-end user experiences that help users efficiently track work, understand dependencies, and identify blockers
- Improving workflow activity data quality and actionability so customers can trust approval history and cycle-time metrics
- Leading through influence across Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Legal, Customer Success, Sales, and executive stakeholders
You will move comfortably between customer discovery, product strategy, detailed requirements, technical architecture, and cross-functional execution. This is a high-impact role for a product leader who can operate in ambiguity, make principled tradeoffs, and maintain momentum across a broad product surface.
Required qualifications: 7+ years of product management experience with several years of staff-level ownership of technically complex product areas. Strong track record shipping customer-facing products from discovery through launch. Experience with enterprise SaaS, workflow products, approvals, task management, or collaboration systems where state, permissions, and routing matter. Real-world experience with LLM-based systems and AI-assisted workflows. Fluency with APIs, data models, event-driven systems, and workflow engines. Strong quantitative judgment, customer empathy, and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
