Salary: USD 171,900 - 300,800 / annual

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Design Program Manager to lead strategic program execution and organizational alignment within the Employee Experience team. This role sits at the intersection of design leadership and operational excellence, reporting to the Design VP. You will serve as a strategic partner to design leadership, driving team communications, operating cadences, and actionable plans that improve alignment and organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include: • Lead executive-level planning and organizational alignment by identifying risks, surfacing opportunities, and enabling informed decision-making across design and cross-functional leadership teams. • Drive organizational initiatives that improve clarity, alignment, and effectiveness, ensuring the design organization can scale through growth and transformation. • Lead cross-functional product development programs from strategy through delivery, advocating for design and UX priorities while maintaining quality and impact. • Operate with high autonomy to address long-standing organizational opportunities—defining end-to-end plans, engaging executive stakeholders, conducting root cause analysis, implementing solutions, and monitoring effectiveness. • Implement scalable processes and solutions to effectively plan and manage multiple UX projects. • Contribute to the development of the program management function by sharing successful practices, frameworks, tools, and lessons learned. • Identify connections and reconcile collisions between different product offerings, features, and platforms. • Ensure transparency, alignment, and clear communication of program status and resourcing across the portfolio to key stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS: Preferred Qualifications: • 10+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large-size companies, ideally on a product design or experience team • Ability to lead challenging, innovative conversations to solve critical challenges in both strategic and tactical circumstances • Change agent behavior—coaching others to solicit buy-in and promote scalable solutions • Cross-functional education and advocacy for design discipline and its value • Active knowledge-sharing and mentorship to elevate colleagues, teams, and communities of practice Basic Qualifications: • BA/BS degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Operations and Information Management (OIM), or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience working on and managing large projects or programs with cross-functional teams • Ability to deliver solutions and strategies while mitigating or removing obstacles • Experience utilizing software to keep projects organized, track metrics, and report on progress
