Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager to join the Growth team focused on Intelligence Center X, an agentic enterprise platform built on decades of domain expertise across manufacturing, banking, insurance, financial services, and healthcare. Intelligence Center X represents the next wave of enterprise software—combining trusted data, AI, and applications into systems that can reason and act autonomously. The platform delivers five core capabilities: Enterprise Knowledge Graph, AI/ML, agentic application development, orchestration, and governance. For customers, this translates to engineers and data leaders who can find and trust enterprise data; teams that move from idea to working application in days instead of quarters; and AI initiatives that move from pilot to production at scale. Reporting to the Senior Director of Solutions Marketing, you will develop compelling solution narratives connecting Intelligence Center X and Mendix to the business challenges, priorities, and opportunities facing enterprise customers. You will work across Product Marketing, Sales, Industry teams, Campaigns, and Field Marketing to translate the core platform story into customer-centric messaging, industry solution plays, and sales-ready content that accelerates pipeline and supports strategic growth. Key responsibilities include: - Develop differentiated solution messaging and positioning for Intelligence Center X across priority industries and use cases, translating platform capabilities into customer-focused narratives that articulate business outcomes and value. - Create messaging frameworks tailored to key buying personas (CIOs, business leaders, data and AI teams, application developers). - Build solution stories around strategic business challenges, emerging AI opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives, with focus on aerospace and defence, automotive, heavy equipment, and industrial machinery. - Partner with industry experts to ensure messaging reflects market trends, customer needs, and competitive differentiation. - Create solution briefs, messaging guides, presentations, playbooks, sales tools, and customer-facing assets. - Support product launches, campaigns, webinars, events, analyst engagements, and executive presentations. - Enable sales and field teams with messaging that positions Intelligence Center X and Mendix against customer priorities and competitive alternatives. - Support strategic customer opportunities by tailoring solution narratives for priority accounts. - Partner closely with Product Marketing, Campaigns, Field Marketing, Brand, and Communications teams. - Monitor competitive positioning, market trends, and customer challenges across target industries. - Identify whitespace opportunities where Intelligence Center X can create differentiated customer value. This is a highly collaborative role for a strategic marketer who excels at simplifying complex technologies into compelling business stories that resonate with executive buyers and technical decision-makers. Requirements: - 6–10 years of experience in Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, or Go-to-Market roles within enterprise software or B2B SaaS. - Experience developing solution messaging for AI, analytics, cloud platforms, application development, or enterprise technology. - Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys and complex solution selling. - Experience creating sales enablement content and customer-facing messaging. - Excellent written, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technologies. - Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across product, sales, marketing, and leadership teams. - Ability to work effectively within a global, matrixed organization. Preferred: - Experience marketing AI, machine learning, low-code platforms, data platforms, or digital transformation technologies. - Knowledge of industrial manufacturing, financial services, public sector, life sciences, energy, or other enterprise industries. - Experience supporting analyst relations, executive thought leadership, or strategic customer engagements.
