Lucid Software is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join the EMEA team in Amsterdam. You will serve as the technical lead and trusted partner for enterprise customers, bridging complex business challenges with elegant solutions using Lucid's visual collaboration suite (Lucidchart and Lucidspark).
In this role, you will craft and deliver high-impact technical demonstrations tailored to prospects and enterprise executives, showcasing the platform's value. You'll conduct deep technical discovery to uncover client pain points and shape compelling business narratives around ROI and value creation.
Key responsibilities include leading strategic customer pilots and onsite workshops, defining technical success criteria, establishing clear ROI metrics, and guiding training sessions. You will serve as the product Subject Matter Expert (SME) both internally for the sales organization and externally for customers, translating their needs and feedback into actionable insights for the product roadmap.
You'll also drive innovation within SE operations by building reusable assets, optimizing processes, and scaling team impact. This is a customer-facing role requiring exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. You'll work closely with the Enterprise Sales team and cross-functional partners to accelerate customer success and drive business growth.
