Coupa Software is seeking a Senior Solution Advisor for Intake & Orchestration (I&O) to join its presales organization. This role combines deep product expertise with thought leadership in spend management solutions.
You will serve as a subject matter expert for Coupa's Intake and Orchestration offerings, providing functional product expertise during the presales process and guiding prospects and the sales team on best practices. Key responsibilities include:
• Demonstrating Coupa's Intake and Orchestration capabilities to prospects
• Providing SME guidance on intake and orchestration best practices
• Supporting solutions consultants with demo preparation and in-meeting expertise
• Leading training and enablement for the solutions consulting team on I&O product and domain knowledge
• Collaborating with Product Management on future product direction based on market innovation and prospect feedback
• Working with demo support to maintain rich, current demo environment content
• Partnering with Product Marketing and Proposal Management as an SME for market positioning, webinars, and sales collateral
This is a hybrid role based in Chicago with up to 50% domestic travel required.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in applications presales roles, preferably in SaaS environments
• Subject matter expertise in Intake and Orchestration business challenges and solutions
• Knowledge of business spend management challenges across Procurement, Sourcing, Analytics, Contract Management, and Travel & Expense Management
• Ability to excel as an individual contributor while training and mentoring others
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in fast-paced, passionate environments
• Bachelor's degree required
