Aledade is seeking a Senior Security Engineer I focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) to enhance the security posture of the company's enterprise, cloud-native environments, and applications. This is a remote position based in the United States.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally to design, build, and operate IAM solutions across diverse platforms and technologies that improve and mature the company's security capabilities. You'll leverage data to understand security trends, metrics, and opportunities, researching options and making recommendations to stakeholders to secure those opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and enhancing incident and issue response efforts, spearheading analysis, containment, and mitigation strategies in a cross-functional environment
- Ensuring effective resolution and remediation of security incidents and issues
- Crafting and refining security documentation pertinent to the company's Security Program, including policies, standards, baselines, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborating closely with various teams to ensure alignment between security solutions and organizational requirements
- Enabling secure operations across the enterprise
You will be a technical leader who can bridge security requirements with operational needs, working with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to implement robust IAM solutions. The role requires expertise in identity management, access control, cloud security, and incident response, with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
