Rippling is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead sales enablement initiatives for the revenue team in India. This is a senior individual-contributor role focused on enabling New Logo Sales Account Executives through strategic, data-driven enablement programs. You will partner with sales leadership to diagnose performance gaps and design targeted interventions—ranging from live training and workshops to certifications, manager reinforcement plans, playbooks, and process changes. Your core responsibilities include: **Program Management & Execution:** Oversee multiple enablement projects from conception through adoption and measurement. Develop end-to-end programs including onboarding, everboarding, sales documentation, and ongoing communications. Become a domain expert in Rippling's New Logo Sales motion to inform strategic decision-making. Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive projects to completion. **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Set clear expectations and execute deliverables autonomously while partnering with sales leadership and the broader enablement team. Work cross-functionally with Sales Implementation, Product Launch, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, and other teams. **Content & Facilitation:** Design clean, non-text-heavy presentations that deliver sales-consumable information. Facilitate live training on sales skills, process updates, and product rollouts using adult learning modalities (interactivity, polling, role play). Create and maintain accessible playbooks, guides, and reference materials for sales teams. **Analytics & Measurement:** Review data to inform enablement recommendations based on business gaps. Define baseline and leading indicators before launch, then review adoption and performance with stakeholders. Interpret key performance metrics to identify opportunities for impact and ensure rapid AE ramp-up and effectiveness. **Requirements:** - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Enablement, Program Management, Product Marketing, and/or Sales, with demonstrated examples of complex programs led from diagnosis through measurable adoption - Strong facilitation and instructional design skills; ability to make complex material clear, practical, and engaging for sales audiences - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing shifting priorities and multiple tasks without becoming overwhelmed - Ability to build trusted relationships, influence without authority, and drive quick decisions - Excellent program management skills: prioritization, backward planning, crisp documentation, navigating ambiguity, and early risk escalation - Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration abilities - Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills with high attention to detail, speed, and ownership - Self-starter with bias toward action - SaaS sales acumen and curiosity to become a credible expert in Rippling's products, customers, and sales motions
