KarmaCheck is the leader in modern background checks and screenings for the staffing industry. The company provides integrations and APIs that enable customers to run screening, verification, and credentialing workflows within their existing ATS, VMS, and HRIS platforms without context switching.
As Senior Product Manager of Integrations, you will own the product strategy and execution for KarmaCheck's integration platform and API offerings. Your core responsibilities include:
• Owning the integration roadmap and ensuring KarmaCheck's screening and AI agent products are accessible within key customer platforms (Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, Workday, and proprietary systems)
• Driving the development and enhancement of workflow automation products that customers depend on daily
• Partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver integrations that unlock customer value
• Defining product requirements, success metrics, and prioritization for integration features and API capabilities
• Managing relationships with key integration partners and understanding their platform roadmaps
• Identifying opportunities to expand the integration ecosystem and improve developer experience
The role sits at the intersection of product innovation and customer enablement. KarmaCheck is building AI agents to automate compliance workflows; your job is ensuring those agents reach full value by embedding seamlessly into the systems customers already use daily. This requires balancing technical depth with product strategy, understanding both the compliance domain and integration architecture.
The ideal candidate has shipped integrations or platform products at scale, understands API design and developer experience, and can communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You should be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-growing company and excited about the staffing and compliance automation space.
The role requires commitment to Eastern Time (EST) working hours for team collaboration.
