Notable is a healthcare AI platform that helps health systems, hospitals, and payers improve workforce productivity and patient outcomes. The company has nine years of proven track record delivering real results in healthcare, with a deep library of live AI workflows spanning registration, intake, referral management, care gap outreach, prior authorization, and contact center operations. In this Product Manager role, you'll own the executive and operator experience end-to-end—the product surface where COOs, VPs of patient access, revenue cycle leaders, and contact center directors see what's live, understand outcomes, and decide what to do next. This is a customer-facing role by design; you'll build direct relationships with executive sponsors and operators, translating their needs into roadmap priorities. Key responsibilities include: defining the strategy and product experience for non-technical operators; building an intelligence layer that surfaces actionable insights across the deployed base without compromising data security; driving expansion and product-led growth by partnering with Customer Success and GTM teams; and making complex technical systems feel effortless to use. You'll instrument the product, run experiments, and transition the motion from services-led to self-serve. Success is measured by expansion-driven utilization growth, executives logging in independently because the product delivers unique value, expansion conversations starting in-product rather than in QBRs, and customer maturity running as product rather than spreadsheets. You'll work with modern tooling including Flow AI (Claude Code and Codex UX for healthcare workflows) and Notable's own MCP server. The PM team is intentionally lean; you own a major product surface end-to-end with no feature-level constraints. You're expected to move through ambiguity using judgment and evidence, ship real solutions, and learn iteratively rather than over-document.
