Sweetgreen seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product strategy for menu architecture and third-party marketplace channels. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, finance, and marketing, requiring someone who can translate commercial agreements and operational constraints into seamless ordering experiences. Key responsibilities include: - Owning menu architecture strategy across all ordering surfaces (app, web, kiosk, in-store, third-party marketplaces like Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub), including item structure, modifiers, pricing logic, and new product configurations - Managing the 3P channel roadmap and product relationships with delivery marketplace partners, including menu syndication, markup configuration, promotions, and platform-specific requirements - Defining and executing roadmaps for consistent, on-brand menu presentation across owned and third-party channels - Driving measurable improvements in 3P KPIs: order accuracy, menu uptime, partner SLA compliance, channel profitability, and guest satisfaction - Collaborating with Operations to manage menu complexity at restaurant level, including Infinite Kitchen constraints and item availability workflows - Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ship high-impact features - Staying ahead of industry trends in delivery marketplaces, menu personalization, and digital ordering Desired qualifications: - 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on menu, marketplace/3P channels, ordering, or commerce - Track record of shipping customer-facing products with measurable business impact - Experience managing complex vendor or partner agreements that translate into technical configuration (pricing, markup, commission logic) - Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and partnering with Finance and data teams - Familiarity with restaurant, retail, or consumer tech industries preferred - Experience working with engineering teams on API integrations and technical requirements - Systems thinking to navigate complex integrations across POS, menu management platforms, and third-party APIs - Data-driven decision-making with comfort defining success metrics, running experiments, and iterating - Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment skills - Customer-obsessed approach balancing margin and operational reality with seamless guest experience - Self-starter thriving in ambiguity and driving clarity under contract or deal-driven deadlines
