Salary: USD 125,928 - 175,000 / annual

Fabletics is seeking a Senior Product Manager II for Planning to lead the execution and operational excellence of technology platforms powering merchandising planning and inventory management. This role owns day-to-day product management of the Planning ecosystem, including Blue Yonder, while driving strategic initiatives such as Assortment Planning and Line Planning. You will partner closely with Merchandising, Planning & Allocation, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and external technology partners to deliver scalable solutions that improve forecasting, inventory optimization, assortment planning, and business decision-making. The position reports to the Product Management Director, Product Creation Technology. Key responsibilities include: - Own the Planning technology ecosystem product backlog, enhancements, production support, and system health - Define and execute the product roadmap for Planning technologies in partnership with business and engineering teams - Lead strategic initiatives including Assortment Planning, Line Planning, and future planning capabilities - Manage end-to-end product delivery from requirements through implementation, testing, and release - Partner with Planning, Merchandising, Allocation, Supply Chain, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions - Collaborate with Engineering and external vendors to deliver high-quality enhancements - Support user adoption through effective communication, training, and change management Required experience: 5–8+ years of Product Management or Business Systems experience supporting Planning, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or Retail Technology. Experience with enterprise Planning & Allocation platforms (Blue Yonder strongly preferred). Understanding of retail planning processes including forecasting, allocation, inventory management, and assortment planning. Experience managing enterprise software products through the full lifecycle, with strong skills in requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
