H1 is building a two-sided provider network platform—the "LinkedIn of medicine"—where healthcare professionals and research sites claim profiles, share expertise, and connect with sponsors, life science companies, and patients. The company has shipped the first chapter: Site Network (trials.h1.co) for research sites and public doctor profiles (profiles.h1.co) for healthcare professionals. Now they need a Senior PM to own the activation, growth, and product evolution of this emerging marketplace. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of provider activation products, from initial profile claims through building infrastructure that transforms a cold network into a thriving two-sided marketplace. You'll sit at the intersection of product, commercial, and growth, partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, and legal. Key responsibilities include: - Building and scaling repeatable outreach motions to engage HCPs and research sites, educate them on profile value, and convert them into active platform participants - Closing the feedback loop between providers and product by synthesizing friction points, workflow nuances, and adoption blockers into actionable product requirements - Managing the product roadmap for Claim a Profile and Site Network features, prioritizing initiatives that grow both marketplace sides - Serving as the internal voice of the provider ecosystem, shaping roadmap priorities and ensuring platform evolution aligns with real-world clinician and site coordinator workflows - Unlocking growth levers through HCP landing page optimization and data completeness initiatives in partnership with Marketing, Legal, CS, and Commercial teams - Identifying new revenue models and expansion paths as the network scales, building monetization into the platform foundation - Tracking activation metrics, synthesizing provider feedback and platform data into clear insights that inform leadership and prioritization decisions You should have strong conviction about marketplace and network-effects products, comfort operating in ambiguity, and empathy for end users. You're equally energized by hands-on activation work and longer-horizon strategy, communicate with clarity and conviction across functions, and don't wait to be told what needs attention.
