AlphaLife Sciences is an AI-powered clinical research platform founded by former Google and Verily China experts. The company has built AuroraPrime, a generative AI and LLM-driven SaaS platform trusted by global pharmaceutical and biotech companies to accelerate drug development and clinical trials.
As Senior Product Manager, you will own the development and scaling of AI-driven clinical use cases, focusing on practical application-layer solutions that optimize life sciences workflows. You will design and continuously improve LLM- and agentic AI-powered document generation capabilities with emphasis on traceability, accuracy, regulatory compliance, and hallucination control.
Key responsibilities include leading the full product development lifecycle from concept through delivery; driving product roadmap decisions and prioritization; developing detailed PRDs based on agile practices and industry standards; collaborating with pharmaceutical clients, clinical teams, and AI/ML specialists across the US and Europe; conducting independent user interviews and research to identify customer needs; and coordinating with engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
You will need at least five years of product development experience with demonstrated expertise in designing AI-driven products and applying large language models. Strong bilingual capabilities in Chinese and English are essential, as is the ability to work effectively across US and European time zones. Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research industries is preferred, along with familiarity with FDA/ICH regulatory standards and generative AI workflows including prompt design and model evaluation.
The role requires a self-driven individual capable of solving complex business problems, building scalable solutions, and thriving in a fast-changing environment. Bachelor's degree or above required, preferably in computer science or related field.
