BitGo Labs is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead rapid product development cycles in the digital asset infrastructure space. BitGo is the world's largest independent digital asset custodian and staking provider, handling a significant portion of Bitcoin network transactions and serving thousands of institutions and millions of retail investors. BitGo Labs operates as an innovation engine with a unique mandate: ship real, revenue-generating products in 90 days or less. Unlike traditional corporate innovation labs, Labs products must clear two bars: (1) deliver value propositions or economics only possible because of crypto/blockchain infrastructure, and (2) be buildable in three months only because of AI acceleration. In this role, you'll sit at the center of the operation, working directly with BitGo's CEO and Head of Labs. You'll take product theses and transform them into live products that real users adopt. A typical cycle involves: identifying the smallest viable product from a thesis, shipping within 90 days by writing specs, running builds, making tradeoffs, and leveraging BitGo's custody, stablecoin, and settlement rails. You'll set success metrics before launch, then honestly evaluate results to decide whether to scale or shut down the product. You'll have autonomy over a budget and deadline but no pre-built roadmap. You'll prototype with AI tools, wire working demos, run your own analysis, and make decisive calls in a small team environment. Some products will become businesses; others will be shut down on schedule based on metrics. Both outcomes represent the system working. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management with consumer experience, have taken at least one product from zero-to-one (startup, side project, or zero-to-one team within a larger company), and are comfortable with or eager to learn crypto infrastructure. You should be someone who builds, decides independently, and can objectively kill your own work without emotional attachment. This role requires full-time onsite presence in Palo Alto to support collaborative dynamics.
