Instructure is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product direction for Fulfillment & Generation—the systems that produce and deliver credentials (transcripts, diplomas, high school equivalencies) within the Parchment by Instructure ecosystem. This is a high-impact role at the center of the platform, touching nearly every other product area. You will take outcome-level ownership of the fulfillment and generation roadmap, working closely with engineering leads, other Parchment product managers, and key stakeholders to align priorities and ship coordinated improvements. Success requires strong cross-team collaboration with teams that don't report to you, building trust and alignment across the organization. Key responsibilities include: defining and owning success metrics for your roadmap; partnering with analytics to drive data-informed decision-making; independently conducting customer research and discovery experiments; using AI as a core tool to build business cases, draft PRDs, and prototype ideas; and collaborating relentlessly with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ship value quickly. In your first year, you'll measurably improve fulfillment and generation systems on committed success metrics, establish a working rhythm with cross-functional teams that enables shipping at pace, and deliver meaningful improvements that reduce friction, increase reliability, or scale the business. You'll demonstrate AI as a core part of your workflow, moving from idea to shipped work faster. Required: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS; strong cross-team collaboration skills with a track record of aligning multiple teams; comfort using AI in daily workflow; ability to independently conduct customer research and execute discovery; familiarity with product analytics tools (Pendo, Amplitude, or similar); clear communication at all levels; demonstrated ownership of product outcomes; and a bias toward action with comfort in ambiguity. Nice to have: experience in edtech, credentialing, or regulated spaces (higher education, employment verification, identity); experience with document generation, print/mail fulfillment, or high-volume transactional systems; familiarity with credentialing standards (Open Badges, W3C Verifiable Credentials, CLR). Occasional travel for team on-sites and customer events expected.
