Ivo is a contract intelligence platform that uses AI to automate legal document review—a process that has remained largely unchanged for millennia. The company serves enterprise customers including Uber, Meta, Canva, Intel, IBM, and Shopify, and recently completed a Series B funding round with 800% YoY growth. As Senior Product Manager, you will own key platform areas end-to-end: discovery, specification, launch, measurement, and iteration. Your core responsibilities include spending significant time with customers to understand how legal teams actually review contracts and identifying which problems matter most. You'll work daily with engineering and design to scope and ship features, writing specifications that are precise about problems while remaining flexible on solutions. A critical aspect of this role is tracking frontier LLM capabilities and translating them into product decisions—understanding what's newly possible, what's becoming commoditized, and where Ivo's defensible value truly lies. You'll partner with sales and customer success to convert feedback, usage patterns, and lost deals into roadmap priorities, and you'll define and own success metrics for everything you ship. You bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience, with a track record of owning products from concept through launch. You work well with engineers, earn their trust, and have strong customer empathy for complex workflows. You care deeply about solving customer problems rather than shipping features for their own sake. You demonstrate good judgment about where to be best-in-class versus where the 80/20 rule applies. You're comfortable operating in ambiguity, making tradeoffs in a fast-paced startup, and you're relentlessly resourceful with a strong internal sense of urgency. Ivo offers competitive compensation, meaningful equity, relocation and visa support, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, 401(k), commuter benefits, and unlimited PTO. The role requires full-time, in-person presence in the San Francisco office five days per week.
