Dataiku is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the product positioning, roadmap, and requirements for predictive analytics, machine learning, and GenAI capabilities. Reporting to the Director of Product Management for Dataiku's AI/ML offering, you will drive innovation discovery and validation across the enterprise AI orchestration platform.
Your primary focus is identifying and championing net-new capabilities—core platform additions discovered through deep customer engagement and validated before engineering commits. You will embed with strategic customers to run structured discovery sessions (interviews, async collaboration, on-site visits) to surface unmet needs. You'll analyze usage data, customer feedback, and market forces to identify gaps and opportunities that deliver distinct business value.
Key responsibilities include: conducting customer discovery and synthesizing field signals to distinguish incremental requests from genuine innovation opportunities; building working prototypes (UI mockups, demos, opportunity memos) to validate hypotheses; defining and championing innovation initiatives from discovery through launch; maintaining product backlogs for owned initiatives; and collaborating with Technical Product Managers, Engineering, GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to execute growth projects.
You will NOT manage the full lifecycle of every feature—your focus ends when a capability reaches steady state. You won't be responsible for feature development management, shipping production solutions, or being evaluated on ARR. Instead, success is measured by validated opportunities that reach engineering commit, NPS of customer sessions, and time from discovery to roadmap entry.
You'll work across a diverse, technical audience in a multi-vendor enterprise environment, requiring strong communication, customer empathy, and the ability to synthesize complex market and technical signals into compelling product strategy.
