Coupa Software is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its product organization in Austin, Texas. Coupa is a leading total spend management platform that leverages AI and industry data to help businesses optimize their procurement and financial operations. In this role, you will own product strategy and execution for key initiatives within Coupa's platform. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive adoption. Your responsibilities will include gathering customer insights, analyzing market trends, defining product requirements, and measuring success through key metrics.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be expected to demonstrate strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority. You should have a track record of shipping successful products or features, understanding customer needs deeply, and translating those needs into compelling product experiences. Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or procurement/finance technology is highly valued.
