CompanyCam is seeking a Senior Product Data Analyst to serve as a strategic data partner to product and engineering teams. The role focuses on embedding data-driven decision-making at the core of product development through continuous discovery, experimentation frameworks, and analytics enablement.
Key responsibilities include leading continuous discovery efforts by helping PMs define success metrics, run assumption tests, and build iterative learning into their workflows. You'll design robust experimentation frameworks, evaluate results, and iterate on key hypotheses. The role involves building scalable product analytics frameworks that standardize how teams make data-driven decisions across the organization.
You'll enable self-service analytics by improving data access through tools like Metabase, Amplitude, and Secoda, allowing teams to explore product insights independently. Mentoring junior analysts on statistical methodology, experimentation best practices, and data storytelling is a core part of the position. You'll regularly present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to influence product roadmaps.
Technically, you'll leverage SQL, dbt, and Snowplow to transform and analyze product data. You'll connect data insights to broader business strategy and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role emphasizes fostering a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and data-driven learning across Product and Engineering teams.
