d-Matrix is seeking a Senior Principal Customer Program Manager to drive flawless execution of AI hardware and software products from ideation through launch. This is a technical program management role requiring deep expertise in both software systems engineering and hardware product development. You will own end-to-end project planning and delivery, ensuring on-time execution across analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-launch phases. You'll define and track KPIs and quality metrics, articulate project status and risks to stakeholders, and identify/resolve technical and organizational bottlenecks affecting product delivery. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and external partners), leading technical discussions, driving sound decisions, and developing processes and frameworks for goal-setting and business impact measurement. You'll be a trusted technical partner who can influence senior leaders and navigate complex dependencies in large-scale hardware/software initiatives. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field plus 15+ years in software/systems engineering or technical product/program management (preferably AI hardware/software domain); OR Master's degree plus 10+ years in the same areas. You must have strong knowledge of AI hardware technologies and architectures, excellent project management and communication skills, and experience in customer-facing roles. Preferred: Master's or PhD in engineering/computer science; certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban; experience leading complex, large-scale hardware/software projects with multiple stakeholders; ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders and external partners; cross-functional collaboration experience driving product impact.
