Snowflake is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager to drive sales alignment and go-to-market strategy with system integrator (SI) partners in the Central and Majors Acquisition territory. This is a quota-carrying role focused on strengthening and expanding collaboration between Snowflake and strategic SI partners to drive mutual business growth. You will work hand-in-hand with Partner Development Managers to develop and execute comprehensive partner strategies for your territory and key industries. Your primary responsibilities include: • Strategic Go-to-Market: Identify strategic SI partners, create joint account plans, and drive campaigns that expand Snowflake's reach. Develop understanding of business requirements to identify partner solutions and capabilities that drive expansion and consumption of the Snowflake Data Cloud. Meet and exceed sales quota, consumption, and demand generation targets. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Development, Sales, Sales Engineering, Industry, Professional Services, Field CTO, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless partner and customer experiences. Communicate territory strategy, vision, and priorities to partners while articulating value propositions and sharing insights for continuous improvement. • Deal Support: Assist system integrators through the sales process, including education, deal registration, service registration, pricing, and proposal support. Collaborate internally to ensure smooth and efficient sales cycles. • Performance Tracking: Monitor performance and commercial outcomes of joint initiatives. Analyze sales data, pipeline reports, and market trends. Communicate outcomes and partner impact effectively. • Delivery Success: Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with SIs during pre-sales and post-sales activities. Develop relationships with Professional Services Organization leaders to ensure use cases and go-live dates are met. Required: Minimum 10 years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development in technology; Bachelor's degree; 5+ years channel sales or channel program management with revenue accountability; established relationships with Canadian SI partners preferred. Direct sales experience and working knowledge of cloud environments preferred. Strong executive presence, excellent communication and problem-solving skills required. Travel estimated at 25-50%.
