Salary: CAD 94,000 - 135,000 / annual
Taskrabbit is a marketplace platform connecting people with Taskers for everyday home services like furniture assembly, handyman work, and moving help. The company is owned by IKEA and operates across the US and EU with a hybrid, distributed workforce.
As Senior Partner Manager for Canada, you will own the end-to-end relationship with enterprise partners, primarily IKEA Canada, serving as the primary point of contact. This role blends relationship management, business strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the relationship with IKEA Canada and other strategic partnerships across Canada
- Understand partner goals, challenges, and business environment
- Handle operational delivery with cross-functional teams (Customer Experience, Fulfillment, After Sales)
- Schedule regular check-ins to review performance, optimize processes, gather feedback, and align on roadmaps
- Analyze and report on performance across all key channels (online and stores) to stakeholders
- Prioritize and execute performance improvement actions, including analytical and on-the-ground activities
- Train IKEA co-workers on Taskrabbit's value proposition and serve as brand ambassador
- Own and drive key commercial KPIs: Jobs Requested, fulfillment, Average Order Value, and Net Revenue
- Build strong relationships with national teams and store managers through regular store visits
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years professional experience, preferably combining retail and partner/account management
- Proven track record in account management, client relationship management, or similar roles
- Strong analytical and operational execution skills
- Adaptive problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be based in Greater Toronto Area
- Regular travel within Canada required; occasional international travel
- Bilingual English/French strongly preferred
Compensation: Base salary CAD $94,000–$135,000 plus bonus, benefits, and perks including employer-paid health insurance, flexible time off, wellness stipends, IKEA discounts, and reproductive health support.
