Zscaler is seeking an experienced Senior Partner Business Manager to join its Advisory & Consulting GSI Organization. This remote role, based in the Americas, reports to the Sr. Director of Partner & Alliances and focuses on building and executing structured business plans for partner alliances to strengthen Zscaler's position as a cloud security leader.
Key responsibilities include developing and owning a comprehensive business plan for Advisory & Consulting GSI firms across the Americas, jointly defining strategic priority account lists with partners. You will build and accelerate pipeline with partners to ensure regional revenue goals are met, while maintaining executive relationships within partner organizations across Security, Network, Cloud, and Digital Workplace practices.
You'll collaborate with the internal sales organization to drive alignment and engagement across multiple opportunities, bringing them to closure. The role involves building partnership brand awareness both internally and externally, working with the Global Alliance Director to develop new offerings and executive sponsorships, and engaging cross-functionally with marketing, revenue operations, partner engineering, and regional partner business managers.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, and direct experience working with GSI partners in the Americas. Willingness to travel as needed is required. Preferred qualifications include proven success partnering with Deloitte and/or EY, proficiency in internet security and networking, and experience selling complex solutions in both sell-to and sell-through models.
