You will join the Munich team as Senior Marketing Manager for DACH, reporting to the Marketing Director for EMEA. This is a hands-on regional marketing leadership role focused on driving brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer loyalty across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and growing Legora's brand presence across DACH with consistent positioning and messaging
- Developing regional marketing strategy and integrated campaign plans across digital, social, content, and in-person channels
- Designing and managing field marketing programs including conferences, community events, sponsorships, and hosted experiences
- Owning end-to-end event production from venue selection through post-event analysis
- Partnering with DACH sales and partner teams to align marketing with pipeline and acquisition goals
- Building and executing a pipeline of customer stories and case studies to drive advocacy
- Developing content amplification strategies for thought leadership and product narratives
- Executing targeted demand-generation campaigns supporting field programs
- Sourcing and activating customer advocates for co-marketing and speaking opportunities
- Tracking performance metrics, analyzing ROI, and optimizing future programs
- Managing relationships with regional agencies, vendors, and marketing partners
- Generating creative concepts to elevate brand experience and differentiation
You'll collaborate closely with the global marketing team (demand generation, product marketing, content, design) and be embedded in regional go-to-market and engagement teams.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology, or in a creative marketing role at an agency
- Hands-on experience supporting events, sponsorships, or regional campaigns
- Strong creative instincts with bias for action and ability to execute with speed and precision
- Ability to wear multiple hats in a dynamic, rapidly evolving organization
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating across functions and regions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with marketing automation and GTM/CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Customer.io, Clay) is a plus
