The company helps digitally transform industries representing over 40% of global GDP. This role leads the BizOps & Strategy team within the New Products Sales Strategy organization. You will be the strategic owner of the Specialist Sales organization and global New Products Performance, developing deep understanding of customer segments, sales performance, product-market fit, GTM motions, competitive landscape, and operational drivers to identify key growth levers. Key responsibilities include: - Acting as the trusted thought partner to sales leadership and business strategy expert to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders - Partnering closely with Specialist Sales Leadership to shape end-to-end understanding of the business across the new products portfolio - Driving vision and prioritization for scaling the specialist sales organization over a multi-year horizon - Building infrastructure for global executive reporting and success criteria - Developing and driving executive and C-level narratives on new product and specialist performance - Owning and driving strategic initiatives across the team and with cross-functional partners - Managing a team of analysts as a people manager - Working cross-functionally to develop long-term sales strategies, assess market needs and product gaps, align on cross-functional investments and annual operating plan priorities, and manage in-year execution and progress tracking - Representing the voice of new products business segments, synthesizing field feedback and market intelligence to inform broader company strategy, product, and GTM roadmaps This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States.
