Okta is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics to lead the measurement and insights function across the marketing organization. In this senior individual contributor role, you'll own attribution modeling, campaign performance measurement, and ROI optimization across all marketing channels—including demand generation, field marketing, and partner programs. You'll serve as the go-to analytics expert and strategic thought partner for marketing leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive budget decisions and business strategy. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining self-service Tableau dashboards for brand, demand gen, digital, and events; designing and validating marketing experiments with statistical rigor; creating forecasts and scenario models for annual planning; and implementing AI/ML capabilities for predictive modeling and automated insights. You'll partner cross-functionally with Field Analytics, Strategy & Planning, Marketing Leadership, and Data teams on performance narratives and quarterly business reviews. You'll also mentor junior analysts and establish best practices across the analytics function. Required: 8+ years in Marketing, Analytics, Operations, or BI in B2B SaaS, with 4+ years specifically in marketing analytics (campaign performance, demand gen, field marketing, ABM measurement). You need deep expertise in attribution modeling and multi-touch measurement, strong data storytelling skills, and expert-level proficiency in Tableau, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Excel. Statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design experience is essential, as is the ability to influence and guide others without formal management authority. Bonus qualifications include AI/ML experience (predictive modeling, propensity scoring, marketing mix modeling), GA4 or Adobe Analytics expertise, SQL proficiency, growth marketing background, privacy-first measurement experience, and advanced degrees in MBA, Analytics, or Economics.
