Vi is seeking a Senior Manager, Insights to lead strategic insights development for pharmaceutical clients. This is a hands-on role combining strategic judgment with direct execution ownership.
You will independently develop insights from qualitative and quantitative data, translating complex scientific and market dynamics into clear, actionable recommendations. You'll operate confidently across therapeutic areas and drug modalities, owning end-to-end work products from strategy through client delivery. Key responsibilities include building client-ready decks and materials, incorporating feedback in real time, and maintaining high standards of quality and polish. You'll partner effectively with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders, translating between client objectives, scientific context, and execution requirements.
The ideal candidate brings 6–10 years of relevant pharma experience, with a background in strategy, insights, medical communications, consulting, or agency work. You should have hands-on experience with pharmaceutical external communications (HCPs, patients, advocacy), strong scientific literacy (disease states, MOA, clinical data), and a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear presentations. Critically, you have a proven record of owning execution, not just strategy.
This role is fully remote and accommodates EST, PST, and CT time zones, making it ideal for candidates across the US.
