Copado is a leading DevOps platform for Salesforce, helping large enterprises accelerate their development lifecycle and digital transformation. The company is hiring a Senior Manager of GTM Enablement to design, build, and operate an end-to-end enablement program that transforms the go-to-market organization's readiness and effectiveness.
This is a builder's role reporting to the VP of Global GTM Strategy & Operations. You will lead a small team and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps to create durable enablement systems rather than one-off training initiatives.
The role centers on two pillars:
**GTM Readiness** — preparing the organization for what's next:
- Launch readiness for new products, features, and pricing so sales reps can sell on day one
- Messaging and positioning rollout in lockstep with Product and Marketing
- Translating GTM strategy shifts (new segments, motions, territories) into field-ready plans
**GTM Effectiveness** — making the organization better at what it already does:
- Coaching programs and manager enablement that compound over time
- A selling methodology and skills curriculum applied consistently, not ad hoc
- Tech-enabled execution — scaling productivity gains with technology
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and operate the enablement program end to end, from needs assessment and curriculum design through rollout, reinforcement, and measurement
- Lead GTM readiness for every major launch, partnering with Product Marketing and Product to turn new products, messaging, and strategy changes into certifications, playbooks, and launch plans
- Own the sales methodology and coaching framework, equipping front-line managers to coach consistently
- Define and govern the GTM technology stack, owning adoption, workflow design, and ROI
- Define metrics that prove the program works (ramp time, certification completion, methodology adoption, win rate, quota attainment) and report to GTM leadership
- Hire, lead, and develop a small enablement team, setting priorities and growing them as the function scales
- Own new-hire onboarding and certification for sales and customer-facing roles to shorten time-to-productivity
- Partner cross-functionally so enablement programs reflect and reinforce GTM strategy
**Requirements:**
- 8–10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales management, and/or go-to-market strategy
- Demonstrated success building or scaling an enablement function inside a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company
- Working knowledge of sales methodologies and coaching frameworks, with judgment to adapt them to a real sales organization
- Experience operating an enablement or sales-productivity tech stack (e.g., content/LMS platforms, conversation intelligence, coaching tools, CRM)
- People leadership experience with the ability to set direction for a small team and grow their careers
- Track record of tying enablement work to pipeline, win-rate, or productivity outcomes — not just training completion
**Preferred:**
- 5+ years of direct, quota-carrying sales experience
- Experience in a company selling into Salesforce or enterprise DevOps/IT ecosystems
