OLIPOP is a Series C beverage company on a mission to positively impact consumer health at scale through functional soda—delicious, refreshing, and nutritionally beneficial. The company creates soda with 6-9g of fiber and 2-5g of sugar, backed by science and grounded in humanistic values.
The Senior Manager, Broadline Foodservice will manage and advance strategic relationships with large broad-line distributors and key contract foodservice customers, reporting to the Director of Foodservice & On-Premise. This role is central to nurturing partnerships with industry leaders such as PFG, Vistar, Sysco, and US Foods, while working closely with contract foodservice providers including Compass, Canteen, Sodexo, and Aramark.
Key responsibilities include:
**Strategic Relationship Management:** Manage and strengthen relationships with large broad-line distributors and contract foodservice customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business needs and positioning OLIPOP products as solutions. Develop and execute account strategies that drive growth and market penetration.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Foodservice & On-Premise, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to execute distribution solutions that maximize efficiency, availability, and drive business growth. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
**Account Development:** Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new distributor partnerships. Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional strategies. Track account performance metrics and report on KPIs.
**Problem Resolution:** Escalate decisions with function-wide or long-term impact to the Director. Resolve customer issues and operational challenges in partnership with cross-functional teams.
**Market Intelligence:** Stay informed on competitive landscape, distributor trends, and foodservice industry dynamics. Provide insights to inform strategy and product positioning.
The ideal candidate has experience in foodservice sales, distributor management, or beverage sales at a B2B level, with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
