ClassPass, part of the Playlist ecosystem (which includes Mindbody), is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and analysis for the ClassPass business. ClassPass is a platform connecting people with fitness, wellness, and lifestyle experiences globally.
In this role, you will be a key member of the FP&A team, primarily focused on the ClassPass business while contributing to the broader Playlist FP&A function. Your responsibilities include:
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages with performance commentary and variance analysis
• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and the annual operating plan, including monthly, quarterly, and longer-term outlooks
• Analyze variances between forecast and actuals, partnering with stakeholders on operational and strategic responses
• Own and operationalize key financial metrics and models in collaboration with Pricing & Inventory and Business Intelligence teams
• Monitor performance of critical business functions including marketing spend, payments/revenue collection, and studio partner payouts
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and business case development (e.g., partner prepayments, marketing ROI)
• Support competitive and market analysis for pricing and promotions strategy
• Provide regular financial updates to functional and executive leadership, with potential to transition into a people management role supporting the revenue FP&A team
You bring 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or analytics/FP&A/strategy roles at technology or high-growth companies. You have strong data skills including hands-on SQL and/or Snowflake proficiency, advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities, and solid understanding of P&L mechanics. Experience with Looker, Tableau, or Anaplan is preferred. You communicate clearly, pay meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
