As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will drive the support, planning, analysis, and delivery of key financial tools and systems. This is a senior-level role focused on shaping how Finance and Business Applications work together, not simply operating within existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, plan, analyze, and deliver key financial tools and manage their integration with other company systems
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure planning tools are operational with minimal downtime
- Assist with recurring forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close processes
- Automate data retrieval tasks via reports and dashboards
- Lead or participate in development and implementation of new systems and reports
- Maintain in-depth understanding of business application architecture, integrations, and data structures
- Assess and standardize financial processes across global regions and entities in NetSuite and planning tools
- Identify data needs for financial tasks and communicate with Data teams to close gaps
- Troubleshoot problems Finance teams encounter with planning tools, NetSuite ERP, Salesforce, and Sigma
- Interface with external software vendors for product issues and service requests
- Act as FP&A representative to other systems teams
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend key technologies to support and improve business processes
You will report to the Manager of FP&A and interact with multiple finance and technical teams across the organization.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in a similar role with proven track record at senior level, preferably in technology or manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
- Required experience with financial planning systems implementation and management (Hyperion/NSPB or Anaplan)
- Required experience with NetSuite and/or Oracle ERP systems; experience with Salesforce, Odoo, Sigma desirable
- Ability to translate financial and business processes into ERP system design
- Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations and inter-company dynamics
- Demonstrated experience as system owner or administrator for ERP or FP&A platform, including leading system implementation or major upgrade end-to-end
- Track record of partnering with IT/Business Applications leadership on system design decisions
- Skills in querying large databases
- Expertise with MS Office and G Suite
- Understanding of Financial Statements and Finance and Accounting principles
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and communication abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, with proven track record of delivering results under pressure
- Ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate solutions for system issues
