Salary: USD 135,000 - 175,000 / annual
ClickHouse, a Forbes Cloud 100 company and leader in real-time analytics and data warehousing, is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to serve as a strategic financial partner to Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams. Reporting to the Director of Product Finance, you will drive data-informed decision-making across the organization and have visibility to the executive team.
In this high-impact, cross-functional role, you will model the financial impact of strategic initiatives including new product launches, pricing strategies, and efficiency projects. You'll track and analyze KPIs across Product and GTM functions to identify improvement opportunities, support annual planning and monthly forecast cycles, and collaborate with leadership to accurately forecast business performance and measure results against targets.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Accounting on revenue recognition and expense allocation, synthesizing financial results and KPIs for executive and board reporting, and translating complex analytical outputs into clear business insights for senior stakeholders.
You bring 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, or data-heavy analytical roles, ideally with SaaS or consumption-based business model exposure. SQL fluency is essential; Python is a strong plus. You're proficient in Excel/Google Sheets financial modeling, comfortable with large datasets, and have strong communication skills. Knowledge of accounting principles, familiarity with AI tools, and experience with financial planning and BI platforms are valued. A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent) is required.
