Salary: USD 90,000 - 112,000 / annual

As a Senior Enterprise Solutions Consultant, you will serve as an implementation architect for the company's largest and most complex client onboarding projects. Your primary responsibilities include leading solution design and overseeing implementation execution for new enterprise clients joining the Addepar platform. You will ensure that solutions developed are tailored to each client's unique requirements while maintaining compatibility with the broader Addepar ecosystem as the product offering expands.
Key responsibilities include onboarding new clients to the Addepar platform while leading solution design and project execution; collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Product) to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction; managing multiple simultaneous projects with effective prioritization and context-switching; identifying opportunities to improve processes and standard methodologies as the platform scales; and engaging with clients in a proactive, consultative, and professional manner.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of professional experience in finance, technology, and/or consulting, combined with a solution-oriented mindset and passion for problem-solving. You should demonstrate a proven ability to research, design, and implement solutions for complex problems, maintain a strong work ethic, and thrive independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills are essential. Experience with Python programming or project management is a plus.
