Impiricus is an AI-powered HCP (Healthcare Provider) Engagement Engine and the first Agentic Commercialization Platform for healthcare. Named the #1 fastest-growing company in North America on Deloitte's 2025 Fast 500 list, Impiricus transforms how life sciences companies support physicians by ethically connecting healthcare providers to pharma resources, reducing go-to-market costs, and accelerating patient access to treatments.
We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Marketing & Content to own how we bring our story and products to market. This role requires a product storyteller and strategic thinker who can translate complex agentic AI technology into clear, compelling, and differentiated narratives that resonate with pharmaceutical leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
**Product Positioning & Storytelling**: Develop the narrative for Impiricus and our product portfolio, creating messaging frameworks, value propositions, competitive positioning, personas, and use cases. Become an expert on the commercialization platform and confidently demonstrate it to internal and external audiences. Bring to life our brand positioning around signal over noise, agentic over static, and impact over transactions.
**Product Launches & Go-to-Market Strategy**: Build the product marketing roadmap and launch strategy for new products, capabilities, and major releases. Partner with Product from the earliest stages to bring market and customer perspective into product strategy. Define launch audiences, narratives, content, experiences, channels, enablement, and success metrics.
**Content Strategy & Creation**: Own the strategy and development of high-value product and thought leadership content across the funnel, including product pages, sales materials, case studies, presentations, demos, videos, thought leadership, and launch assets. Raise the bar for how an AI company in healthcare explains its technology.
**Sales Enablement**: Build sharp, persuasive materials that help the sales team communicate Impiricus' value to pharmaceutical leaders across brand, sales, medical affairs, market access, and other commercialization functions. Turn product capabilities and proof points into stories that make complex ideas easy to understand and sell.
**Account-Based Marketing**: Partner with ABM to translate core product stories into highly relevant narratives for priority accounts. Develop personalized positioning, presentations, use cases, and materials based on each client's business, challenges, and opportunities.
**Events & Experiential Marketing**: Partner with the Events team to make the product a centerpiece of the Impiricus event experience. Create differentiated product demonstrations, interactive experiences, installations, and activations that allow customers to experience the technology firsthand.
**Creative & Design Partnership**: Work closely with Design to develop best-in-class visual representations of products, platform workflows, and value propositions.
**Market Intelligence**: Develop deep understanding of buyers, users, competitors, the healthcare commercialization landscape, and the rapidly evolving AI market. Bring insights back to Product, Sales, and Marketing to sharpen positioning and identify opportunities.
**Requirements:**
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or related roles, including meaningful experience leading product marketing or an integrated product and content marketing function at a technology company
- Experience in AI, enterprise SaaS, healthcare technology, or another technically complex category strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and writing skills; ability to take complex concepts and make them simple without oversimplifying
- Deep product mindset; ability to understand technology, why it was built, what problems it solves, and what makes it different; comfortable becoming fluent enough in sophisticated platforms to demonstrate them
- True creative with willingness to challenge predictable B2B marketing and bring forward novel ideas; strong point of view about great work
- Highly cross-functional; viewed as a product partner by Product, a value-add by Sales, a strong creative partner by Design, and someone who connects the product story across channels by Marketing
- Ability to move between strategy and execution without losing momentum or quality; comfortable operating in fast-growing environments where category, technology, and story evolve quickly
- Experience using experiential marketing to launch, demonstrate, or showcase technology is a major plus
