Salary: USD 326,000 - 383,000 / annual

Chime is seeking a Senior Director of Product to lead a scaled product organization of 10-15 people and shape some of the company's most important strategic opportunities. In this role, you will set product vision and strategy across a broad, high-impact area of the business, develop senior product leaders, and drive meaningful expansion of Chime's reach and member impact. Key responsibilities include: - Setting a compelling product vision and strategy for a significant business area, connecting member needs, market opportunities, and company priorities - Leading and developing a product organization of 10-15 people, creating the structure and operating environment for teams to excel - Identifying and evaluating new opportunities to expand Chime's impact using member insights, data, experimentation, and market analysis - Owning a broad portfolio of product initiatives and making strategic investment and prioritization decisions - Developing senior product talent and strengthening the leadership bench across multiple teams - Partnering with senior leaders across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Operations, and other functions to translate strategy into measurable outcomes - Serving as a senior product voice across Chime, influencing company-level decisions and shaping product organization evolution Required experience: - Demonstrated leadership of a scaled product organization (15-20 person team), including experience developing experienced product leaders - Ownership of a broad product portfolio or business area with accountability for strategy, investment, prioritization, and outcomes across multiple teams - Track record of building and scaling products with meaningful customer and business impact in consumer technology - Ability to identify significant opportunities and translate customer, behavioral, and market insights into successful product strategies - Experience building strong product teams and leadership benches that operate with autonomy while maintaining strategic alignment - Comfort making consequential decisions in complex, ambiguous environments using data, experimentation, customer insight, and judgment - Background in consumer technology, financial services, marketplaces, subscription businesses, or similar scaled digital product environments where trust and customer experience are critical
