Coupa Software is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for two critical product areas: Intake & Orchestration (next-generation agentic business process automation serving as the front door to the platform) and Platform (foundational capabilities powering the entire Total Spend Management suite).
You will sit at the intersection of enterprise business processes, AI-native automation, platform architecture, and user experience. Your responsibilities include defining how Coupa orchestrates complex intake requests powered by AI, manages cross-departmental workflows, connects disparate tech stacks, and delivers scalable, extensible platform services that enable innovation across all product lines.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of Product Managers, setting high standards for product craft while empowering domain ownership
- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for Intake/Orchestration and Platform areas
- Serve as the voice of the customer, spending time with customers and executives to understand operational bottlenecks
- Translate customer insights into innovative, automated solutions for the broader market
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
- Balance strategic vision with business and technical execution
