H1 is building a platform to democratize access to healthcare information globally, using data and AI to unlock medical insights and improve patient outcomes. As Sr. Director of Data Feeds & Inbound Data Strategy, you will own the end-to-end strategy for how H1 sources, ingests, and delivers structured data at scale—a critical function that directly impacts data quality, reliability, and competitive differentiation. You'll define the roadmap for H1's data feeds and inbound data capabilities, with near-term focus on pharma clinical and medical data across Medical Affairs and Clinical domains. Working at the intersection of product, engineering, and data operations, you'll partner closely with engineering leads on technical execution, pharma product leads on domain expertise, and data subject matter experts to understand content requirements and user needs. Key responsibilities include: authoring and maintaining data dictionaries, feed specifications, and ingestion standards; writing and interpreting SQL independently to investigate data quality issues and validate feed output; serving as the escalation point for data quality, delivery, and integrity issues; translating complex data architecture into clear strategic narratives for executives and commercial stakeholders; and representing data feed strategy in cross-functional and client-facing forums. You bring 10+ years in product management, data product management, or data operations, with at least 3 years at director level or above. You have hands-on SQL proficiency, deep experience with healthcare data types (clinical/medical data, NPI, HCP/HCO identifiers, claims, specialty taxonomies), and a proven track record owning data feed strategy and ingestion architecture in regulated B2B healthcare or life sciences environments. You're equally comfortable authoring data governance standards, leveraging AI tools daily (Claude, OpenAI), and leading cross-functional alignment across engineering, data, commercial, and executive teams. Experience with Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, dbt/Airflow/Fivetran, and scaling data feed functions from early-stage is preferred.
