ServiceNow's Employee Experience Business Unit (formed from the late-2025 acquisition of Moveworks and unification with HR Service Delivery) is in hypergrowth and represents one of the company's most strategic bets in enterprise AI. The business is rapidly scaling its go-to-market operations around EmployeeWorks, the next-generation AI productivity assistant for employee-centric IT and HR request resolution.
As Senior Director of GTM Enablement, you will be a critical strategy partner and senior operator to the GVP of Moveworks Sales, directly accountable for defining and owning the strategic and operating outcomes that drive Employee Experience Business Unit performance. You will lead the enablement strategy for the entire GTM Ecosystem, working closely with GTM leadership to equip sales, presales, and regional teams with the knowledge, resources, and tools needed to successfully promote and sell EmployeeWorks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Author and drive the GTM Ecosystem enablement strategy in partnership with GTM leadership; identify quantitative and qualitative success metrics; proactively engage regional leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute quarterly enablement plans aligned to broader strategy.
- Lead a team of enablement managers responsible for designing, developing, and implementing tailored enablement programs addressing unique needs across the GTM Ecosystem.
- Partner with GTM and regional teams to identify knowledge and process gaps, determine learning and performance objectives, and deploy scalable instructional strategies and tools.
- Leverage multiple delivery formats (classroom, online self-paced, blended learning) covering both traditional sales and technical presales enablement.
- Design best-in-class on-demand content and in-person training, build supporting assets, and facilitate delivery for sales and presales functions.
- Coach managers and Director+ regional leadership to drive consistent execution and capability building.
- Leverage global program assets and insights to drive knowledge acquisition, skills development, and community collaboration across regional and global teams.
- Prioritize third-party training and events; secure budget, plan, and deliver Sales Kickoffs and strategic enablement initiatives.
- Build and manage a comprehensive certification program to assess knowledge pre- and post-enablement.
- Continuously gather feedback, iterate on programs, and drive metrics-focused improvement tied to business results.
Requirements:
- 10–15 years' experience building global enablement programs and managing global sales enablement teams, including enterprise field enablement across all seller types.
- Proven ability to scope, design, deliver, and measure effectiveness of strategic enablement programs.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for all audience levels, including executives; demonstrated ability to garner support for new ideas and initiatives.
- Expertise in creating intuitive, memorable, and visually appealing assets.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects and resolve roadblocks.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling, easy-to-follow content.
- Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and experience creating or updating on-demand learning content (e-learnings, guided walkthroughs, LMS modules).
- Experience supporting sales enablement efforts such as updating pitch decks, product marketing collateral, competitive battlecards, sales plays, or other training materials.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, and other key stakeholders; ability to establish close working relationships with strong personal credibility and influencing skills.
- In-depth understanding of sales and technical delivery teams with expertise in value-based selling; enterprise and technical selling experience preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities in defining metrics and evaluating results delivered.
- Proficiency with GTM tools such as Office 365, Google Workspace, Notion, and Gong.
- Team-oriented planner and decision-maker with ability to creatively drive alignment and deliver results.
- Driven to learn with openness to giving and receiving feedback.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
- Ability to travel.
